Student Self Serve is a web-based system that allows students to manage their own academic and financial information. Through Student Self Serve, students can:
- view their grades
- view their course schedule
- view their financial aid information
- view their student account information
- update their contact information
- register for classes
- pay their tuition and fees
- submit a request for a transcript
- request a change to their degree program
The first time you access Student Self Serve, you will need to create a username and password. You can create your username and password using your student ID number and your personal identification number (PIN). Your student ID number can be found on your student identification card. Your PIN is the last four digits of your social security number.

Student self serve: Get Enrollment notification and loan history
1. Sign up for enrollment notifications – this will allow you to receive email or text alerts about important deadlines, such as registration dates and fee payment deadlines.
2. Get a copy of your loan history – this will help you keep track of your borrowing and repayment status.
Student self serve: How to order a transcript
1. Go to the college website.
2. Click on the “Order a Transcript” button on the top right of the screen
3. You will be asked to provide your name, date of birth, and social security number
4. Click on the “Submit” button
5. You will be asked to provide your current contact information and your previous institution’s contact information
6. Click on the “Submit” button
7. You will be asked to provide your credit card information
8. Click on the “Submit” button
9. You will be asked to review your order
10. Click on the “Submit” button.

Student self serve: Unable to remember your student ID
If you are unable to remember your student ID number or social security number, please contact the Registrar’s Office for assistance.
1. Go to the student self serve system.
2. Login with your NetID and password
3. Under the “Academics” tab, select “Order Transcripts”
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to order your transcript
